SYCAL PROPERTIES SDN BHD (SPSB), Company No. 199301008060 (262797-X), incorporated in Malaysia since 27 April 1993. The Company is long-established with more than 28 years of experience in property development. The key development projects of SPSB are focused mainly at the central and northern zones of Peninsular Malaysia.

In the Central zone, among the completed notable residential development projects of SPSB are the Vista Harmoni Development, comprising apartments, condominium,  terraces, and town villas, at the established and matured residential precinct of Taman Bukit Cheras, Selangor.  The three (3) phases freehold Vista Harmoni development project encompassing 11.6 acres land with a total GDV of RM230 million is fully completed.
In the Northern zone, the high demand freehold mixed development project, with GDV of RM124.4 million, namely Bukit Gambir Development comprising The Palazia – commercial lots, and Ideal Regency – condominiums located at 5.768 acres of development land along Jalan Bukit Gambir (adjoining Universiti Sains Malaysia – Penang main campus), Penang, is another significant and fully completed project of SPSB.

In Perak, there are a number of on-going key signature development projects namely, Taiping Heights Commercial Centre, Segari and hotel.
Sycal ICC Properties Sdn Bhd

SYCAL ICC PROPERTIES SDN BHD, Company No. 198001008822 (369873-D), was incorporated on 8 December 1995 as Cygal Trading Sdn Bhd and changed its name to Sycal ICC Properties Sdn Bhd on 28 June 2013. The Company is the developer of a mixed-development located at Greentown, Ipoh comprising a 21-storey block (257 units of commercial suites) and a 24-storey block  (288 rooms hotel). The Company is also the property manager for the Ipoh Convention Centre owned by Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh.

SYCAL RESORTS SDN BHD, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Sycal Ventures Berhad, was incorporated in Malaysia on 15 September 1995. Among the key development projects of the company are: Marina Cove Resort comprising 10-storey of Resort Apartments and Marina Villa 2 comprising 3 blocks of 8-storey of Resort Apartments.

Lumut Marina Cove Resort
Lumut Marina Cove Resort, strategically located at Lumut, Teluk batik, is endowed with a panoramic seafront view of Teluk Muroh Bay, opposite Pangkor Island.  The Resort is easily accessible by sea, as well as via the North-South Highway, and about an hour’s drive from Ipoh.

The Resort, which is based on Waterfront and Canal Homes Concept in Gold Coast, Australia, is an ideal destination for holiday makers, company outings, team building activities, meetings and MICE events.  

The first phase of this development consists of a 10-storey resort apartment with 138 units of Resort Apartments, a Bistro & restaurant, a Coffee House, Sauna and meeting rooms and a team building activities course.  The Project was launched in 2001 and completed in 2004.  Currently the Resort is among one of the popular attractions for holidays and group seminars in Manjung District

Marina Villa 2
The second phase of this resort, consists of 485 units (3 Towers) of 8 storey service apartment and 2 basement carpark, is equipped with full-service facilities such as swimming pool, gymnasium, function room, shops, yacht berth, café, playground & games, squash, beach soccer, beach volleyball, waterpark, and team building facilities.  The first tower of the project comprising 127 units of apartment was completed in September 2015.

SYCAL PARK SDN BHD, Company No. 199601001049 (373395-T), is the developer of two (2) 42-Storey blocks comprising 998 units Condominium (inclusive of an 7-storey car park podium and 1-storey of related facilities (swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, convenient shop, nursery & kindergarten)) on 5.5 acres of freehold land in Genting Sempah, Bentong, Pahang.
